We think you too deserve only the most valuable culinary! Therefore, we rely on organic quality instead of quantity and offer you with a down-to-earth and high-quality Austrian nature and gourmet kitchen. Start the day with a heavenly Salzburg organic breakfast and enjoy many regional delicacies such as organic bread from the local bakery or fresh eggs from happy chickens from the neighboring village.
Here, you will also find a vegan breakfast corner with home-made spreads or home-baked bread. Out of conviction, we particularly support the smaller producers in our region and take great care in sustainability and short transport routes. We use only high quality vegetable oils. Our (herbal) salts are absolutely natural, degraded by hand and free from bleach and chemical flow aids. Of course, flavor enhancers or chemical additives are an absolute taboo!

You are what you eat! That’s why we use almost exclusively seasonal and regional products, most of which we buy directly from farmers or producers in our area. High-quality meat from small farms with species-appropriate attitude is as important to us as a sustainable management of the fields in harmony with nature and the environment. 
Our natural pond in Flachauwinkl – fed with crystal clear mountain spring water – gives our freshly caught fish a unique and incomparably pure taste. With freshly harvested wild herbs from our own herb garden or from selected suppliers, we refine each dish that is fresh, gentle and lovingly prepared.

6 pm – 9 pm (evening menu)
